My title Amanda and Bill Moseley, Kirtomy – Elizabeth's Footprint

Amanda and Bill Moseley, Kirtomy

On 24th September, I was invited to stay with a wonderful couple, Amanda and Bill Moseley, who hosted me at their lovely home at Kirtomy, Sutherland.

It happened, that on this particular day I had a rest and I am really grateful to Amanda and Bill for the brilliant time I had with them.  Amanda made sure that I was introduced to the new and amazing experiences with her.

Firstly,  Amanda showed me her marvellous collection of glass decorations which she makes wp_20160924_11_07_45_pro-2all by herself.  Please, check Amanda’s Facebook page named Melting Point Glass to see her gorgeous decorations.

Next, Amanda gave me a proper glass fusing lesson and, of course, I thoroughly enjoyed it.  I managed to produce my first ever creation out of glass – a special rainbow cat!

After a cup of coffee, we had another lesson but this time Amanda showed me how to pickle beetroots.  We also had a visit from  a good friend of Amanda Karen Matheson to whom I am sending a special thank you for her kindness and generous donation.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thanks Amanda and Bill for their amazing hospitality, generosity and their invaluable support for Elizabeth’s Footprint journey x
